JHT Engineering is delighted to announce the addition of four new members to it's ever expanding team - Kalem Ainsley, Ethan Howe, John Pilkington and Elijah Walters - as the company continues to strengthen its expertise and invest in the future of engineering excellence.

Tom Clark, Managing Director at JHT Engineering, welcomed the new starters, saying:

Expanding Project Delivery and Client Focus

Joining as Project Delivery Manager (Security), Kalem Ainsley brings a wealth of experience in manufacturing and technical expertise. Kalem will lead the delivery of key security projects, ensuring clients receive innovative, reliable solutions and exceptional service.

Driving Projects Forward with Experience and Excellence

Ethan Howe joins as Project Manager, bringing valuable experience within the engineering and fabrication sectors. His background has provided him with a strong understanding of technical delivery, project coordination and the importance of effective communication across teams and clients.

Ethan shared his excitement about joining the company:

Strengthening Production and Lean Processes

As Production Manager, John Pilkington will oversee JHT’s production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality and safety across fabrication activities. With a focus on implementing Lean processes and continuous improvement, John will play a key role in supporting operational performance and product quality.

John said:

“I am very much looking forward to working alongside such a proactive team to produce a quality product for the customer. Implementing and supporting Lean processes within the business and the Fabrication team will support the vision we all share at JHT.”

His experience and leadership will help JHT continue to deliver exceptional results to clients while enhancing internal processes and developing team capability.

Investing in the Future: Apprenticeship and Development

JHT is also pleased to welcome Elijah Walters, who joins the company as a Design Apprentice. Elijah will be developing his skills within JHT’s design team, contributing to a range of engineering and fabrication projects while working toward formal qualifications in his field.

Elijah said:

“I’m really enjoying the start of my apprenticeship at JHT Engineering. It’s a fantastic opportunity to work towards a qualification while learning hands-on from an experienced and supportive team. I’m proud to be part of a company that’s helping me build valuable skills and knowledge throughout the course of my apprenticeship.”
