- Maintain quality control standards throughout the fabrication and welding process.
- Work collaboratively with production, design, and installation teams.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Support continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a fabricator/welder in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
- Proficiency in MIG welding (TIG and MMA experience advantageous).
- Skilled in general fabrication processes - cutting, folding, drilling, and assembly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Understanding of workshop health and safety practices.
- Forklift or crane operation experience is beneficial (training provided if required).
