Gordon joins JHT Engineering with extensive senior leadership experience across the manufacturing and engineering sector.

As a results-driven operating executive, Gordon brings over 15 years of valuable experience, having led organisations through periods of transformation, operational improvement and sustainable growth.

With a background that combines hands-on engineering expertise and strategic leadership, Gordon has developed a reputation for delivering performance improvements across complex manufacturing environments.

His experience includes commercial strategy and team development, positioning him well to lead JHT Engineering in an increasingly competitive market.

This includes further enhancing the company’s 3D site surveying and digital measurement capabilities, enabling greater accuracy, efficiency and confidence from initial survey through to fabrication and installation.
